Fabric Panels
1) Where do I find the best tensions for stretching my fabrics?
We have a number of tension charts from major mesh manufacturers on our Instructions Page if you need additional information about your fabric panel. Please email us and we will respond as quickly as possible.
2) What mesh do you use to make your panels?
We convert almost any manufacturer's mesh to fabric panels. For our stock panels, we use only the highest quality mesh from Sefar, Saati and Murakami. Tension charts for all three of these manufacturers are located on our Instructions Page.
"E-Z" Frame System
1) What are the benefits of the "E-Z" Frame?
The "E-Z" Frame system combines the stability and ease of use of a static frame while allowing you to take advantage of the higher tensions and easy retensioning of a roller frame. The "E-Z" Frame eliminates the high costs of freighting in new static frames and eradicates the higher costs of labor and mesh associated with stretching roller frames.
2) What is a static-retensionable frame?
The "E-Z" Frame is a revolutionary retensionable-static frame that uses a specially designed shur-loc® fabric panel to achieve optimal tensions for any thread count. The unique frame design allows for the tension bars to be removed and replaced allowing for easy retensioning of the mesh. The "E-Z" Frame is the simplest way to tension and retension mesh on the market today.
3) How do I stretch an "E-Z" Frame?

5) Do I need a tension meter with my "E-Z" Frame?
Although it is not needed on an "E-Z" Frame, a tension meter is always recommended for assuring the mesh you are using is consistent between frames. The fabric design of the "E-Z" Frame should place most fabrics within 1 or 2 N/cm of each other. For most accurate results, please use a calibrated tension meter.
Accelerator Tensioning Systems
1) Do I need an SA series or 2 series hardware set?
The Accelerator 2 series is designed to accommodate frames up to 33"x37". If you have frames larger than this size or have M6 or DC 2.0 sized frames, we recommend using the SA series for greater durability.
2) What if i don't have a square bar frame?
The Accelerator series is available in multiple configurations including all-round tube, square bar only or dual use kits. You can upgrade your all-round tube kits or square bar only kits at anytime for a minimal investment.
3) How do I add a new frame size that is not on my template?
Adding an additional size is very simple. Place your base plates on the table top spaced to where your frame sits evenly on the support pads. Double check to make sure that the wrenching towers are aligned with the lugs on the frame. Mark where the holes of the base plates are on the table top by using a pencil or marker and drill out the holes with a 1/8" drill bit. Clear the table top of all materials and remove the center and corner knobs. Flip the table over and use a 3/4" speedbore to remove enough material from each pilot hole to countersink a 1/4-20 T-Nut into the bottom of the table. Flip the table over to the top side again and drill out the pilot holes with a 5/16" drill bit. Reaching under the table, place the 1/4-20 T-Nut in the holes on the bottom side of the table while tightening the base plate down from the top. Repeat this for the other base plates. Double check your alignment with your frame and tension your new frame size.
